Produced by Warner Bros. Television, the series was officially greenlit and given a thirteen-episode order on May 11, 2007. It is currently airing on Thursday nights on 10:02PM Eastern/9:02PM Central. It premiered on Thursday, September 27, 2007 on ABC, following Grey's Anatomy. It also premiered on CTV in Canada on the same date.
